Gift Card FAQ

Yes! Even if you’ve selected a specific room in your gift card the recipient can choose a different one by giving us a call.

If there’s money left over on the gift card / code, it will remain as credit on the recipients account with us.

No, gift cards only apply to escape room bookings.

Yes! If you visit our location on the Danforth we can sell you physical gift cards. However we always ask that you call first to make sure someone is there as we are only staffed when we have bookings

You will receive a PDF file of the gift card that can either be emailed or printed out. That PDF will contain a code to be used in our booking system.

Generic Gift Vouchers - purchase if you want to give someone a specific amount of money towards a game. No matter their group size, they'll receive a credit towards a booking allowing for the most flexibility.
Specific vouchers- is a specific game with a specific number of players. Guests don't see the cost or have any extra to pay on arrival. Don’t worry if you pick a room they’ve already played, they are welcome to call in to arrange a difference experience.
