See who’s come to play…
Since 2015, Looking Glass Adventures has been offering one-of-a-kind experiences. Our custom designed bespoke games feature achievable puzzles that hit the sweet spot between being too difficult or too simple, with a focus on fun. Google, Disney, RBC, Scotiabank, TD, Pfizer, and school boards from around the country have enjoyed both our virtual and in-person games.
What makes Looking Glass Adventures a great option for corporate groups?
Our games don’t contain any scary or offensive themes - they are designed with groups of all different compositions and backgrounds in mind. There are no jump scares or horror aspects to our stories - and our puzzles should be achievable without any outside knowledge. The rooms are not locked, you can leave at any time. Our goal is for you to have fun in a mysterious and exciting environment. Our adventures are perfect for corporate teams from diverse age groups and backgrounds.
How does it work?
The first step is deciding which game your group would like to play. We currently offer four different themed adventures, each with its own style of teamwork, storytelling, and puzzle-solving.
Mystery at Maryweather Mansion is a classic detective story with an archaeological, Egyptology twist. Operation Flamingo is an exciting secret agent infiltration story with a playful dose of 80’s kitsch. Walden’s Wizarding Shop is our most magically advanced game, where your group will play the role of wizards stocking up for a new school year, only to discover the shop has been the target of dark magic. And finally, It Came from the Attic! is our latest adventure: a spooky-but-not-scary mystery where your team investigates a strange presence hidden away upstairs.
Your next step is to pick a day and time to play - you can view our real time booking calendar here. And don’t worry about knowing the full size of your team - we can always adjust at the time of your arrival. If your team isn’t in the Toronto area or works remotely - check out our Virtual Games page for more info. We’ve hosted dozens of corporate groups virtually.
When you arrive…
On arrival you’ll be greeted by one of our Adventure Guides who will escort you to our Lobby / Game Store, where you can peruse our board game collection as you’re checked in. We’ll give you the run down of our rules and tips for play. This is an important part especially for those that are new to Escape Rooms. From there you’ll be escorted to your game, and have about an hour to complete your goal. Being on time is key to getting the most out of your adventure! During the game you’ll get unlimited hints - a key feature of Looking Glass. There is no shame in calling in for a hint from our in-game phone, and in fact we may even call you if we see that you’re too far off track - or even just to keep you abreast of the time. Altogether you can expect to spend about 70-80 minutes with us.
